WHO WE ARE

URBAN ECONOMICS knows that our strength lies not only in the words We stand by, but also through our initiatives' actions. We are a diverse group of community-focused businesses and organizations that have banded together under the Urban Economics brand and our shared social justice vision. Instead of different groups fighting for slices of a too-small pie, our coalition works together to increase the pie's size for everyone.

This coalition represents diverse constituencies and includes faith-based organizations, minority business associations, community development corporations, health advocates, traditional civil rights organizations, and black-owned media outlets. The principles of Urban Economics are clear: Our communities are mutually dependent. If we stand together, learn together, and educate each other, we will prosper together.
